|Quit|: exits program. If no documents are changed, exit is immediate. Otherwise, options are presented, including saving a project (see |Project| menu). |Export|: exports the active document into a standard file format. The document must have some objects. The resulting file cannot be imported with the same quality or editability as that available in the |Save| or |Save As| commands, above. |Import|: accesses documents with standard graphic formats. To position imported object: with |arrow pointer|, click in the desired location, or select an object where you wish to have the new object centered. |Print One Copy|: prints one copy of the document without asking for print options. |Print…|: prints the active document, based on the options in the |Page Setup|, above. |Page Setup…|: starts a sequence of two dialogs to setup printer options for the active document. |Revert to Saved…|: the active document reverts to data last saved in a file, eliminating all recent changes. |Save As…|: preserves changes to the active document by saving to a file. A prompt allows saving the file to any available folder and under any name. |Save|: save changes, to the active document, to a file. |Close|: closes the active document. If the document is modified, you can save changes. Hold the Option key to close all documents. |Exchange…|: closes active document (see |Close| below), and simultaneously opens another document (see |Open| above) in the same window position. Use this to preserve the front window position when working with multiple windows. |Open…|: opens a previously created document. Up to 8 documents can be opened. |New|: opens a new, untitled, document. Up to 8 documents can be opened. A file is not created until using the |Save| command (see below). |File|: lets you open, change, save, print, import and export doucments. The |active| document is the foremost document. See the |Project| menu for accessing groups of files.
